中文摘要:研究了不同固溶处理温度对254SMo组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:254SMo在1150℃以上固溶处理时,组织能充分固溶,力学性能较好;254SMo的析出相比较复杂,主要是σ相和χ相,对钢的性能有重要的影响;在试验的温度范围内固溶处理时,晶粒正常长大,长大激活能152KJ/mol。
英文摘要:The effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The results are as follows:①the precipitates in 254SMo dissolves completely above 1150℃ ,as well as better mechanical properties ②the precipitates below 1150℃ is complex, mainly σ and χ phase ,and affect the properties of 254SMo ③grain grows normally with increasing the solution temperature in the test range. The activity energy (Q) is 152KJ/mol.
