中文摘要:为了提高铁基表面复合材料的使用寿命,使其具有较高的表面硬度和耐磨性的同时,使其心部具有较好的塑性和韧性。本实验对铁基复合材料的热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明:在980℃油淬保温2h加上200℃回火4h的热处理工艺下可以使基体组织得到了进一步强化,基体硬度可提高9%,韧性提高11%;而热处理对复合硬化层的硬度基本没有影响。
英文摘要: In order to improve the surface of iron-based composite material life, it has a high surface hardness and wear resistance at the same time, it has good plasticity Department of heart and toughness. In this study, iron-based composite materials, heat treatment process was studied. The results showed that: oil quenched at 980 ℃ 180 ℃ tempered with heat 2h 4h heat treatment process under the matrix structure can be further refined to strengthen the matrix hardness can be increased by 9%, 11% increase in toughness; and hardening heat treatment on the composite layer hardness had no effect.
