中文摘要:采用热处理虚拟模拟仪,测定了N32机油、15%BW淬火液和15%F2000淬火液的冷却特性曲线,研究15%BW、15%F2000淬火液和N32机油对42CrMo的显微组织和机械性能的影响。结果表明:42CrMo使用15%BW淬火后,能够得到理想马氏体,试样的硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度均高于使用15%F2000淬火液和N32机油淬火的相应值;试样的延伸率低于使用N32机油淬火的相应值。
英文摘要:The cooling curves of N32 machine oil, 15% BW and 15% F2000 were tested by using heat treatment virtual simulation instrument. The effects of three different quenching mediums(15% BW, 15% F2000 and N32 oil) to 42CrMo steel were investigated and the influence on microstructure and mechanical property of 42CrMo steel were studied. Results showed that the ideal martensite can be obtained after the sample was quenched in 15%BW. Hardness, tensile strength and yield strength of the sample are more better than those quenched in 15%F2000 or N32 oil. But the elongation is lower than quenched in N32 oil.
