中文摘要:对ZTC4钛合金进行应变比为R=-1、R=0.1和R=0.5的应变疲劳试验,并运用Zheng公式对实验数据进行分析,得到三个应变比下的应变疲劳寿命曲线。通过修正Zheng公式中的Δεt,得到受应变比R影响的当量应变范围Δεt*,从而得到含应变比R因子的归一化模型,用于预测不同应变比下ZTC4的应变疲劳寿命。
英文摘要:The strain fatigue test of ZTC4 titanium alloy was carried with the R-ratio of -1, 0.1 and 0.5.The strain-life curve with the three R-ratios was given by using the Zheng formula. The R-normalized model, which was used to predict the strain fatigue life of ZTC4 titanium alloy under different R-ratios, can be obtained by modify the strain range Δεt in the Zheng formula into the equivalent strain range Δεt* which was effected by the R-ratio.
