中文摘要:在 MMW-1 高温高速摩擦试验机上进行 M42 高速钢的高速干滑动摩擦磨损试验。利用SEM观察并分析摩擦面磨损形貌及磨损机理。结果表明:M42 高速钢在与TC4钛合金配副干摩擦条件下,随着速度的增加,摩擦因数和磨损率先降低后升高。当摩擦热累积达到一定值后,摩擦表面产生严重塑性变形甚至形成润滑薄膜。随着载荷的增加,摩擦表面起初产生犁沟磨损、磨粒磨损、粘着磨损,形成转移润滑膜,随着转移润滑膜的增厚被带走脱落;摩擦系数是先降低再升高,而磨损率是随着载荷的增加逐渐上升。
英文摘要:The friction and wear Characteristics of M42 steel (dry sliding against TC4) were investigated on the MMW-1 high speed and high temperature wear tester under the conditions of velocity(0.3 m/s ~ 1.58m/s )and contact load (3.5 N~6.5 N). The various wear micromechanisms and tribo-metallographic phases were studied, using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of M42 steel decreases first and then increases with the raising of speed under the dry sliding against TC4. Severe plastic deformation and thin lubrication film on the rubbing surface emerge when the frictional heat accumulate to a certain value. The ploughing wear, the abrasive wear and adhesive wear are found on the rubbing surface with the load increasing, and transfer lubrication film forms. The transfer lubrication film chips off with the thickening of itself. With increasing of load , the friction coefficient shows an earlier decreased and later raised state and wear rate increases gradually.
