中文摘要:本文以锌铝等混合粉为扩渗源,通过热扩渗方法对纯镁进行了Zn-Al-RE三元共渗。通过氧化铈的催渗作用得到了成分不同的渗层,分析渗层中锌含量的多少对渗层耐磨、耐蚀等性能的影响,实验结果表明渗层中含有5%的锌的渗层具有较好的综合性能。
英文摘要:Zn-Al-RE ternary co-cementation was performed to pure Magnesium by thermal diffusion with Zn and Al mixed powder as diffusion Source. Different components Layers were obtained by the catalysis effects of Cerium oxides. The influence of Zn content in the layers to the wear-resistance ,corrosion resistance,etc.was analyzed. The results indicated that the layers with Zn 5% have better general performance.
