中文摘要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对航空铝合金2A16进行点焊模拟,模拟时分别改变焊接电流、焊接时间、电极压力,比较得出在不同参数条件下的焊接温度场及熔核大小,并在相同实验条件下验证实验结果。结果表明:在逐渐变大电流情况下,熔核直径逐渐增大;焊接时间和电极压力在一定程度上影响着熔核大小和接头的拉伸强度,过大或过小都不利于熔核的生成和接头的强度。
英文摘要:The spot welding of aluminum alloy 2A16 was simulated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS, welding current, welding time and electrode pressure were changed separately. Compared with the welding temperature field and the size of fusion in different welding parameters, and test results in the same experimental conditions.The results showed that with increasing the current, the size of fusion diameter was increasing. The welding time and electrode pressure influence the size of fusion and the tensile strength of the joint, too much or too little are not good at the generation of fusion and the strength of joint .
