中文摘要:该新型柴油机气门桥采用热模锻成形工艺,通过锻造,可以使其内部组织细密,碳化物和流线分布合理,从而改善工作性能。为提高生产效率,采用一模两件的生产方法,切边后辅以机加工形成通孔结构,即可得到所需的工件。建立仿真模型,对成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了气门桥成形的充填效果、温度场、成形载荷,对成形工艺方案的优化及最终确定有着重要指导意义。
英文摘要: The new diesel engine valve bridge should adopt the hot forging forming process, by forging to make internal organization close and reasonable distribution of carbide and streamline, so as to improve performance. In order to get the parts and improve production efficiency, using double-cavity symmetrical method, combined with machining after trimming to form through-hole structure. Build simulation models to simulate the forming process and predict the filling effect after forging, temperature field, forming load which has an important significance on optimization and finalization of the forming process .
