中文摘要: 花键轴叉是汽车传动轴中传递动力和扭矩的主要零件之一,而花键轴叉两耳卡簧槽距的变化直接影响了万向节装入的松紧程度,也就影响了传动轴的使用寿命。在生产中按常规方法进行中频感应加热淬火,两耳根部的温度过高导致两耳卡簧槽距收缩量达0.08~0.14mm,且质量极不稳定。改进工艺以后两耳根部的温度得到降低,卡簧槽距尺寸收缩量减小,保证了万向节装入的松紧程度,提高了万向节的使用寿命,进而提高了传动轴的使用寿命。
英文摘要:spline screw fork is one of main parts of transfering power and torque of drive shaft,and the transformation of groove distance between 2 ears of spline screw impacts the degree of tightness of encased gimbal directly, so as the service life. Generally, heating by intermediate frequency in production, the temperature between two ears is so high that the shrinkness of them reaches as high as 0.08 ~ 0.14mm, and the quality becomes unstable. After craftwork improvement, the temperature between two ears is lowered, and the shrinkness is minished, so that it ensured the degree of tightness of encased gimbal, prolonged the service life of gimbal, and prolonged the service life of drive shaft。
