中文摘要:针对连续挤压大宽厚比产品中易出现的裂边等产品质量问题,进行模具设计。传统塑性加工实验容易造成材料浪费且操作不易,实验在吸取前人研究成果的基础上,采用橡皮泥作为模拟材料,对所设计模具进行物理模拟,并依据模拟结果对模具进行改进。实验结果显示,改进后的模具具有很好的材料成形性,产品裂边问题得到有效控制。
英文摘要:Mould used in continuous extrusion for producing high width-thickness ratio products is designed to solve the product quality problems, for example the edge crack. Traditional experiments for plastic processing are difficult to operate and easy to cause material waste. On the basis of absorbing the previous research results, plasticine is employed as the modeling material in the present work. The mould is researched by the method of physical modeling, and improvements are developed according the results of physical modeling. The experiment results show that the improved mould has good formability of materials, and the edge crack defect of product has been effectively controlled.
