中文摘要:针对冷作模具钢模块“以铸代锻”工艺的开发,按照传统工艺设计方法初步确定出模块的铸造工艺方案。使用华铸CAE对不同工艺的凝固过程进行有限元模拟,分析不同的浇注温度以及浇注系统的位置和大小对铸件缩孔、缩松的影响,通过实验观察铸件金相组织,测试实验样品的性能,最终确定优化后的铸造方案。
英文摘要:Based on the development of “casting insteading of forging”, the primary plan of die on the basis of traditional casting technology was determined. The different solidification process of the die were simulated by using casting software Hua Zhu CAE, the effect of the different pouring temperature, riser position and size on shrinkage and porosity was analyzed, the experiments were done to observe the metallograph and detective the performance of the mold. In the end, the optimal casting process of the die was confirmed.
