中文摘要:在环件轧制过程中,孔型是环件轧制的重要工艺参数之一。通过设置不同孔型,使用有限元软件ABAQUS进行模拟,研究不同孔型条件下轧制力、轧制力矩与时间的关系,从而研究其具体影响。结果表明:孔型对环件轧制过程稳定性也具有重要影响,环件轧制时梯形截面孔型比矩形截面孔型对轧制过程稳定性更有利。
英文摘要:The rolling pass is one of the important technological parameters of the ring rolling process. Setting different types of ring rolling pass shape, the process is simulated with the finite element software ABAQUS. The curves of both rolling force and rolling moment of both drive-roll and idle-roll to the rolling time at different types of rolling passes is obtained. The research results show that the rolling pass has an important effect on the stability of the ring rolling process. In the ring rolling process, the trapezoidal cross-section pass is better than the rectangular cross-section pass at the aspect of the ring rolling stability.
