中文摘要:针对液压支架箱形结构件焊接接头特点,研究了不同坡口角度匹配形式下80 kg级高强钢焊接接头的性能。进行了不同坡口角度T型接头弯曲试验,分析了焊接接头微观组织。研究结果表明,热影响区是T形角焊缝的薄弱环节,在保证焊接可达性的前提下坡口角度以35°±5°为宜,增加焊接层和道数不能增强接头性能,反而增加焊接量。
英文摘要:Aim at the characteristics of welded joint of hydraulic support box structure plate, the performance of welded joint of high strength steel of 80 kg-level in different angle and match formation was researched, a T-joint bending test was designed, and the microstructure of welded joints was analyzed. The result shows that the HAZ of welded joints is the weak link. At the premise of welding accessibility downhill, the angle of 35±5℃ is appropriate to increase the welded layer. Number of path can not enhance performance, but increase the workload of the welding
