中文摘要:利用火焰喷涂技术制备Ni60和Ni60-WC涂层, 用扫描电镜(SEM)观察涂层的组织形貌。结果表明:Ni60涂层和Ni60-WC涂层均呈冶金结合特征, 与基体结合较好, 仅个别区域存在少量的空洞或缺陷, 无明显空隙, 组织均匀;与Ni60涂层相比, Ni60-WC涂层中有尺寸较大的因未能完全熔解而以块状颗粒存在的WC颗粒。
英文摘要:The Ni60 and Ni60-WC coatings were prepared by flame spraying process, and the microstructure was researched by SEM. The results show: the Ni60 and Ni60-WC coatings are metallurgical bonding and compact. The microstructure of the coatings is symmetrical and the porosity is low. Compared with the Ni60 coatings, some blocky-shaped WC particles with big size are wrapped in the Ni60-WC coatings, because they are not fusible.
