中文摘要:用常压等离子束作为材料表面改性的热源,快速扫描45钢管内表面涂敷合金渗剂,实现了多元共渗及自激冷淬火,获得厚3 mm左右的多元共渗及淬火复合硬化层;用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、电子探针和透射电镜对硬化层进行分析。结果表明:渗剂中所含B、Si和Ce元素的渗入深度各不相同;硬化层为极细针状马氏体及B、Si与Fe形成的多种金属间化合物;硬化层具有较高的硬度及合理的硬度梯度。该工艺处理的工件变形小,适用工件尺寸范围较大,无环境污染,扫描后基本不改变表面粗糙度。
英文摘要:The multicomponent cementation and defying coldly to quench were realized, and the 3 mm around multicomponent cementation and quenching composite hardening layer were obtained using ordinary pressure plasma jet as heat source of material surface modification and rapidly scanning surface coated alloy on the surface of 45 steel tube. The hardening layer was analyzed by metalloscope, microhardness, electronic probe and transmission electron microscopy. The analysis results show that: the infiltration depth of B, Si, Ce in the permeability agent; the hardening layer is an intermetallic compound formed by very fine acicular martensites and B, Si and Fe; the hardening layer has high hardness and reasonable hardness gradient. This technics treats the workpiece causing little deformation and the applicable scope of the size is larger, and there is no environmental pollution and no change after scanning the basic surface roughness.
