中文摘要:通过对汽车车桥材料的焊接性和焊接结构的分析,研究了PLC控制下的汽车车桥CO2气体保护焊工艺,并对焊接接头的力学性能和显微组织进行相应地分析,确定了其最佳工艺参数。结果显示,由于PLC技术的引入,焊接接头的性能得到显著改善,完全可以达到相应的标准要求,满足生产需要。
英文摘要:The rear axle is one of the key components for automobiles as the transmission of power and the backstop of car load. The rear axle was welded using GMAW with PLC. The welding process was researched through the analysis of welding material and welded construction. The mechanical property and microstructure of welded joint were studied to define optimal welding procedure parameters. The results show that the properties of welded joint are improved by means of PLC. The properties of rear axle meet the need of responding criterion.
