中文摘要:采用MEVVA源离子注入机对A304不锈钢进行饱和剂量的Cu离子注入,通过后期的热处理,所得样品对大肠杆菌、金霉球菌的抗菌效果达到97.6%和99.1%。Cu、O离子的价态在热处理前后发生明显改变,注入的Cu以某种弥散析出相存在,对吸附细菌中的氧起到抗菌效果。
英文摘要:Cu ions were implanted to A304 stainless steel by MEVVA ion source. Through heat treatment, the sample were detected by XPS and antibacterial test. The experimental results show that the sample has a high antibacterial rate: 97.6% for escherichia coli and 99.1% for staphylococcus aureu. The value state of Cu and O ion changes through heat treatment. The antibacterial mechanism is that Cu dispersed in precipitation phases absorb oxygen in bacterial.
