中文摘要:采用自配的合金粉末,利用激光熔覆技术,对报废锻压模具进行了修复;利用OM、XRD、摩擦磨损机对熔覆层的组织结构及摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:熔覆层与基材实现了良好的化学冶金结合,熔覆层基体相为α-Fe,基体相上分布有结晶析出的Fe5C2、Fe2B、FeSi等相,还有一定量的非晶组织。熔覆层较基材有更好的耐磨损性能。
英文摘要:The scrap mould were repaired by laser cladding technology with self-made alloying powder. The microstructure and wear resistance were investigated with OM, XRD and wear resistance machine. The results indicate that excellent chemical metallurgical bonding is obtained between cladding coating and substrate. The matrix phase in cladding coating is α-Fe, some phases such as Fe2B, Fe3C and FeSi are distributed in the matrix phase. Otherwise, there is an amount of amorphous. The wear resistance of the surface layer is higher than that of the substrate.
