中文摘要:对Cr12MoV钢表面激光熔覆不同成分Ni基WC合金的熔覆层性能进行了研究。实验表明,在较优工艺参数下,激光熔覆Ni60+30%WC熔覆层的次表面硬度可达67~68 HRC。在加入WC硬质相后,熔覆层的硬度变化不大,而耐磨性能却得到很大的提高,相应的脆性和产生裂纹的倾向增大。
英文摘要:The different compositions of Ni-based WC alloy on Cr12MoV steel prepared by laser cladding surface was carried out and the properties of cladding layer were tested. The results show that under the best technical parameters, the hardness of subsurface can be up to 67~68 HRC by laser cladding Ni60+30%WC on the Cr12MoV steel surface. The hardness of the cladding layer changes a little after adding WC into Ni based alloy, but the wear resistance can be greatly improved and the brittle and intension of crack of cladding layer increases.
