中文摘要:以高速钢M2为实验材料,在原有工艺基础上增加一次360 ℃×1 h回火,结果其红硬性提高了3 HRC。主要原因为低温回火形成的M3C更加细小、弥散,减少了大尺寸M3C的数量,为形成合金碳化物提供了有利的形核条件。而直接高温回火,合金M3C的析出不完全,并伴随其他碳化物的析出,因此不能完全发挥合金元素的弥散强化作用。
英文摘要:A kind of high speed steel-M2 was prepared as experiment material, the value of red hardness improves by 3 HRC, by adding tempering at 360 ℃for 1 h on the basis of original technology. The main reason is low-temperature tempering makes the M3C more fine and dispersed and decreased the amount of large size M3C, all of these provide a condition for carbides nucleation. But when tempered at high temperature, M3C precipitate incompletely, and other kind of carbides will precipitate along with this process, so the effort of dispersion strengthening of the alloys isn't made full used of.
