中文摘要:通过对U71Mn闪光焊经火焰正火和感应正火处理后的接头进行拉伸、冲击及硬度试验,对比两种正火方式对上述性能的影响。研究认为感应正火更有利于提高U71Mn钢轨闪光焊焊后接头性能。
英文摘要:The effects of normalizing way on the mechanical properties of U71Mn rail joint after flash welding were studied through tension, impact and hardness test. The results show that induction normalizing have more help to improve the property of weld joints than flame normalizing.
