中文摘要:对断裂齿轮的宏观形貌、显微组织、化学成分及硬度等进行了检验和分析,发现该齿轮的原始组织较差,节圆面上产生疲劳裂纹,同时齿沟处未淬硬,这几方面因素综合作用严重降低了齿轮的使用性能,是造成齿轮早期断齿失效的主要原因。
英文摘要:A series of comprehensive analysis on macrostructure, microstructure, chemical composition and hardness of failure gear were carried out. It is found that the gear's original structure is worse, the flex cracking exists on the pitch circle and the gear's ditch hardened quenching. The composite factors reduce the gear's operational performance and lead to the early failure of the gear.
