中文摘要:采用熔铸法制备Al-Ti-B-RE中间合金细化剂,并就加料方式对合金组织及细化效果的影响进行研究。结果表明:将Ti粉、KBF4和稀土元素混合添加到铝熔体中,细化效果最理想;细化剂中起细化作用的粒子为稀土AlTiRE、TiAl3和TiB2相,稀土呈白亮色,其外形、尺寸与灰暗的TiAl3相相似,细小的白亮粒子为TiB2相。
英文摘要:The influences of adding method on microstructure and refinement effect of Al-Ti-B-RE prepared by casting were studied. The results show that the mixture of Ti powder, rare-earth element and KBF4 added in aluminum melt is an optimal method to refineing effect; the particles in the refiners which play a role in refining are AlTiRE, TiAl3 and TiB2 phases. AlTiRE and TiAl3 are similar in profile and size and the former is much brighter than the later, and TiB2 phase is in small and white.
