中文摘要:以07MnNiCrMoVDR钢及其焊接接头为试验对象,通过冲击试验,分析了温度对焊接接头性能的影响以及韧脆转变温度的确定。试验结果表明,07MnNiCrMoVDR钢焊接接头的低温韧性随着温度的降低而降低;焊接接头各区的韧脆转变温度均低于最低使用温度(-40℃),满足实际工矿的使用要求。
英文摘要:07MnNiCrMoVDR steel and welded joint were studied. The effects of temperature on low-temperature toughness and define ductile-brittle transition temperature of 07MnNiCrMoVDR steel were studied by impact test. The results show that low-temperature toughness of 07MnNiCrMoVDR welded joint decreases with the decrease of temperature. The ductile-brittle transition temperature of welded joint is less than the lowest used temperature (-40℃). So, 07MnNiCrMoVDR steel and welded joint can meet the request of application.
