中文摘要:介绍了泡沫陶瓷过滤片在铝合金生产中的过滤机理、作用。采用20 ppi泡沫陶瓷片对ZAlSi7Cu2Mg 铝合金熔体进行了过滤净化试验, 通过试验总结出过滤片的临界压头随温度的变化关系;对比分析了过滤和未过滤试样的抗拉强度、伸长率及其金相组织。试验结果表明,铝液浇铸温度越高,对应的过滤片临界压头越小;过滤后的铸件的力学性能相对未过滤时有一定程度的提高。
英文摘要:The purification mechanics and function of foam ceramic filter were introduced. The filtration experiments of ZAlSi7Cu2Mg metal alloy with 20 ppi CCF were done. The relationship between critical pressure and temperature was found. From two aspects of filtering or not, the tensile strength, extension ratio and microstructure of the samples were analyzed contrastively. The test results show that, the higher the pouring temperature of molten aluminum, the smaller the corresponding critical pressure head of filter. Comparing with no filtering, the mechanical properties of the samples after filtering improve to some extend.
