中文摘要:选区激光熔化(SLM)技术是近年来出现的一种新型的快速成型(RP)技术。该技术的优点是:工艺简单、成型件尺寸精度高、表面粗糙度好、致密度几乎能达到100%、力学性能优良、应用前景广阔。本文描述了该技术的基本原理;详细介绍了国内外选区激光熔化技术相关设备、工艺以及成型用金属粉末材料等的研究成果;并进一步讨论了选区激光熔化技术的应用及其发展方向。
英文摘要: Selective Laser Melting (SLM) was a novel method of Rapid Prototyping(RP). The benefits of this technique:simple process, high-precision molding size, good surface roughness, density of almost 100%, excellent mechanical properties, broad application prospects. The basic principles of the technique, and research findings of the selective laser melting technology-related equipment, technology and metal powder materials in china and abroad were described and introduced. The application of the selective laser melting technology and its furher development direction were discussed.
