中文摘要:针对Monel 400管材冷轧过程中的硬化现象,主要研究热处理工艺的有效性,并对其显微组织和力学性能的演变进行研究。结果表明:经再结晶退火处理,Monel 400冷轧管材可获得较均匀细小的晶粒,力学性能得到改善,消除了冷轧过程中的硬化现象;Monel 400冷轧管材的再结晶热处理温度为650~850 ℃。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Monel 400 cold-rolled tube and evolutions were studied to meet the problem of hardening. The results show that after recrystallization annealing, Monel 400 cold-rolled tube produces much more uniform fine grains so as to improve the mechanical properties and eliminate the problem of cold hardening. Its recrystallization temperature is 650~850 ℃.
