中文摘要:压铸模服役条件较为苛刻,工作时反复承受高速、高压、高温合金液的热冲击和喷刷脱模剂的冷冲击,要求有较高的冷热疲劳抗力、良好的耐磨性、耐蚀性、冲击韧度、红硬性和抗咬合性, 4Cr5MoV1Si钢压铸模经钢坯锻造后的球化退火处理、机加中的消除应力退火处理、淬火处理、回火处理、 深冷处理、 精加工后的补充回火处理、成型零件的表面强化处理、压铸模使用过程中的消除应力处理等热处理工艺后, 可以很好地满足其使用要求,延长压铸模使用寿命。
英文摘要:The working condition of die-casting mould was bad, during the work ,its cavity was subject to the impact of thermal shock of high temperature, high pressure and high speed metal fluid and cold shock of release agent. High cold and fatigue resistance, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact toughness, red hardness and anti-linking were required. Through spheroidizing after forging, destressing annealing after machine-finishing, quenching, tempering, deep cold treating, the supplement tempering after precision working, superficial surface strengthening processing and stress-relieving processing during used, 4Cr5MoV1Si steel can greatly satisfy the requirement, the service life is enhanced.
