中文摘要：注汽锅炉是油田开采的重要设备，但不断出现炉管爆裂事故。为了找出原因，通过分析爆破炉管的成分、宏观形貌及显微组织，得出注汽锅炉炉管产生爆管的主要原因是炉管壁温超温所致。
英文摘要：Steam boiler is an important equipment in oilfield, but the accident of cracking tube happens continuously. In order to find the reason of the cracking tube, the composition of the tube material, macro-fracture and micro-fracture of steam boiler were analyzed. The results show that the reason of the cracking tube is that boiler tube wall exceeds in temperature.
