中文摘要:研究了不同热处理制度下的00Cr12Ti铁素体不锈钢的耐点蚀性能以及在不同浓度的NaCl溶液和不同温度下的耐点蚀性能。研究结果表明:退火温度为850 ℃、保温时间为5 min时,得到的00Cr12Ti铁素体不锈钢的耐点蚀性能最好;同时,随着实验温度和溶液浓度的升高,00Cr12Ti铁素体不锈钢的耐点蚀性能呈下降趋势,点蚀的开始位置为TiN、TiS等夹杂处。
英文摘要:The pitting corrosion resistance properties of 00Cr12Ti ferrite stainless steel under different heat treatment processes, different concentration of NaCl solution and different experimental temperature were studied. The results show that 00Cr12Ti ferrite stainless steel gets the best pitting corrosion resistance property at annealing temperature of 850 ℃ and holding time of 5 min. With the increase of experimental temperature and concentration of NaCl, the pitting corrosion resistance properties of 00Cr12Ti ferrite stainless steel decrease. The start position of pitting is in the location of TiN, TiS inclusions.
