中文摘要:对影响制备铝基自润滑复合材料过程中SiC与铝基体之间的润湿性的因素进行了分析;采用SiC表面高温氧化处理、添加Mg合金元素及控制温度提高润湿性的方法,制备了铝基自润滑复合材料,并对材料进行了金相分析以及组织结构观察。结果表明,SiC表面高温氧化处理、添加 Mg合金及严格控制温度可以提高SiC与Al基体间的润湿性。
英文摘要:The factors which impact the wettability between SiC and Al matrix were analyzed. Aluminum-matrix solid self-lubricating material was prepared by oxidation surface treatment of SiC at high temperature, addition of Mg alloying elements and controlling temperature. The results show that, the preparation methods can improve the wettability, which is testified by the metallographic test and microstructure observations.
