中文摘要:制备了含稀土Ce的Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,在不同变形温度、变形速率下进行压缩试验,研究了稀土对Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料热变形行为的影响。结果表明,稀土元素Ce对Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料具有明显的强化作用,而且稀土元素能抑制该复合材料的动态再结晶。
英文摘要:Al2O3(P) /Al composites with rare earth Ce were fabricated, and compressed in different deformation temperature and rate by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator in order to study the effect of rare earth on thermal deformation of the composites. The results show that element Ce has obvious effect on the strength of Al2O3(P)/Al composites and it can restrain the dynamic recrystallization process of the composites.
