中文摘要:采用正交试验方法研究了等离子喷涂工艺参数对Cr3C2-NiCr涂层显微硬度的影响,并应用极差分析方法对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,影响涂层性能的因素从主到次依次为喷涂距离、电流、送粉气流量和电压。Cr3C2-NiCr涂层最佳的等离子喷涂工艺参数是电流500 A,电压65 V,喷涂距离100 mm,送粉气流量7 L/min。采用优化后的等离子喷涂工艺制备的涂层,粒子熔化充分,涂层均匀致密,孔隙率低,界面结合良好,是高质量的热喷涂涂层。
英文摘要:The influence of plasma spraying parameters on the microhardness of Cr3C2-NiCr coating was studied through orthogonal experiments, and the orthogonal experimental results were discussed through range analysis. The results show that the influence factors from main to secondary are spraying distance, plasma current, flowing rate of delivering powder gas and plasma voltage. The best process parameters for Cr3C2-NiCr coating are plasma current of 500 A, plasma voltage of 65 V, spraying distance of 100 mm, flowing rate of 7 L/min. The Cr3C2-NiCr coating prepared by optimized plasma spraying process has sufficient melting process of particles, low porosity, excellent bonding in the interface and good quality.
