中文摘要:采用激光熔凝技术对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢表面进行单道扫描,研究不同激光工艺参数下熔凝层微观组织和显微硬度的变化。结果表明:激光熔凝区晶粒细小,熔凝层显微硬度较基体硬度有所提高,最高硬度可达288 HV。可以推断采用激光熔凝技术,能够提高不锈钢的硬度,改善其耐磨性能。
英文摘要:The 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel was regarded as substrate, and the single channel scanning was carried out on the surface of the stainless steel using laser remelting technology. The changes of microstructure and micro-hardness of remelting layer under different laser craft parameters were researched. The results show that, the crystal grain of laser remelting area is fine. The micro-hardness enhances compared with the substrate. The highest micro-hardness reaches 288 HV. It may be inferred that the laser remelting technology can enhance the micro-hardness of the stainless steel and improve its wear resistance.
