中文摘要:采用宏微观形貌分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,分析了减速机轴断裂的原因。结果表明:热处理工艺不规范,产生魏氏组织是减速机轴断裂的主要原因;键槽的设计位置不合理加速了减速机轴的断裂。
英文摘要:The fracture reason of reducer shaft was analyzed by means of morphology and microstructure analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test, SEM micro-morphology analysis. The results show that the fracture of the reducer shaft is caused by Widmanstatten structure which produces during heat treatment process, and the location of keyway is not suitable, which accelerates the fracture of the reducer shaft.
