中文摘要:通过对TC11合金进行微区成分研究,得出了TC11合金微观偏析规律。在等轴晶和柱状晶内,沿着晶粒生长方向,元素Al、Mo含量均减小,元素Zr、Si含量均增加。受凝固偏析的影响,四种元素在等轴晶内的偏析程度高于在柱状晶内的偏析程度。在晶界处,α稳定元素Al和中性元素Zr在晶界富集,β稳定元素Mo和Si在晶界贫化。
英文摘要:The micro segregation in TC11 was studied, the rule of micro segregation in TC11 was obtaied. The results show that, in equiaxed grains and columnar grains, the contents of Al and Mo decrease along the directions of the grain growing, but the contents of Zr and Si increase; because of the effects of segregation in the solidification, the micro segregation of the four elements in the equiaxed grains is higher than that in the columnar crystals; Al and Zr are rich on grain boundaries, but Mo and Si are rich in grains.
