中文摘要:介绍了中碳低合金稀土耐磨钢锤头的化学成分、熔炼、变质处理和热处理工艺。试样测试表明,锤头硬度可达52 HRC以上,冲击韧度达20 J/cm2以上。采用CO2硬化水玻璃砂无箱立浇串铸工艺,设计工装,可以获得优质健全的锤头产品。
英文摘要:The chemical composition, melting, modification and heat-treatment of medium-carbon low-alloy wear-resistant cast steel are introduced. Testing samples shows that its hardnes is more than 52 HRC, its impact toughness is more than 20 J/cm2.The perfect hammer head can be obtained by designing technological equipment,using vertical pouring and string casting process in CO2 - sodium silicate sand.
