中文摘要:采用组织分析和性能检测的方法,研究了外加纵向交流磁场对镁合金TIG焊电弧形态及焊缝质量的影响。结果表明:交流纵向磁场可促使焊接电弧周期性旋转,有利于焊缝成形。磁场的电磁搅拌作用使得焊缝晶粒细化和组织均匀细小,焊接接头的焊缝区和热影响区显微硬度均高于母材,抗拉强度为220 MPa,达到母材的88%,断裂发生在焊缝区,属于剪切断裂。
英文摘要:The effect of external AC magnetic field on arc shape and weld quality of magnesium alloy TIG welding were analyzed. The results indicate that the arc shape is rotated by longitudinal AC magnetic field periodicitily, and it is advantageous in forming weld, refining weld grain and homogenizing microstructure. The microhardness of WZ and HAZ which are weld by longitudinal AC magnetic is higher than base plate, the tensile strength of weld zone is 220 MPa, which is 88% of the base plate, the fracture point occured in the WZ, which belongs to the shear fracture.
