中文摘要:进行了在摩擦焊局部高温形变条件下,利用焊接余热直接淬火并辅以高温回火的摩擦焊焊热淬火实验研究。正交试验结果表明,摩擦焊后机上淬火不影响材料的可焊性;焊接规范由弱变强,则韧性降低;冷却规范由弱变强(即冷却曲线变陡,冷却速度加快)则韧性提高。
英文摘要:Under the condition of partial high temperature and deformation of friction welding, the experiments on welding surplus heat quench were made, followed by high temperature tempering. The orthogonal experiments show that quenching on the machine after friction welding doesn't affect the weldability of materals,while welding parameters change from being weak to being strong, toughness of material decreases. While the cooling regulation changes from being weak to being strong, viz, while cooling cure becomes steaper, cooling speed becomes faster and toughness increases.
