中文摘要:针对汽车铝合金转向节臂的外形特点,结合实际的制造能力,利用DEFORM-3D软件分析了试制过程中产生缺陷的原因。通过数值模拟提出了合理的自由锻制坯形状,弯曲模具和终锻模具结构的设计。将模拟结果用于实际生产并取得成功。
英文摘要: According to the shape characteristics of car's aluminum alloy knuckle arm and actual production capacity, a process scheme was proposed. Based on a series of simulation, the causation of disadvantage in the trial manufacture process was analyzed. According to numerical analysis, the proper blank shape, the design of bend die and finished die structure were designed. The simulation results get test verification.
