中文摘要：为探索报废冷轧辊改制成小辊径冷轧辊的可行性，研究了多次调质处理对5Cr冷轧辊材料性能和组织的影响。结果表明：报废冷轧辊料经过一次调质或二次调质的组织和性能可达到冷轧辊的使用要求，但调质处理不能超过二次。
英文摘要：The feasibility of scrapping large diameter roll restructuring small diameter roll was explored. The influences of multiple quenching and tempering on microstructure and mechanical properties of 5Cr cold roll were studied. The results show that operating requirements can be satisfied with microstructure and mechanical properties after once or twice multiple heat treatment and quenching and tempering number of times is not more than twice.
