中文摘要:采用热喷涂+激光重熔两步法工艺对镁合金表面进行激光熔覆Fe-Ni-Cr-B-Si合金;对熔覆层进行了微观分析及性能测试。结果表明:熔覆层主要由FeCr、FeNi和AlNi3等相组成,熔覆层的显微硬度、耐腐蚀性及耐磨损性能都明显高于基体。
英文摘要:Laser cladding of Fe-Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy on AZ91D alloy surface was achieved by two-step method, i.e. thermal spraying and laser re-melting. The microstructure and properties of cladding layer were investigated. The resutls show that the surface layer is composed of phases of FeCr, FeNi and AlNi3. The micro-hardness, wear properties and corrosion resistance are considerably improved as compared to the matrix.
