中文摘要:研究了在交流磁场下凝固的Al-7%Si合金晶内Si溶质元素含量及凝固组织的变化。实验结果表明:与未施加磁场的试样相比,整个凝固过程施加交流磁场,Al-7%Si合金Si在晶粒内部的含量增加,仅在凝固前期施加交流磁场的样品中,晶内Si含量差别不大。此外,在固相线温度以上(680、630、600 ℃)开始施加交流磁场,初生α-Al为蔷薇状,在固相线以下开始施加交流磁场,初生α-Al为树枝状。
英文摘要:The influence of alternating current magnetic fields on the solidification structure of hypoeutectic Al-7%Si alloy was studied. It is found that conpared with the samples treated without magnetic, the whole solidification process under altermuting current magnetic field, Si content in the alloy inside grain increases through the electron microprobe analysis; the primary α-Al is rosette when the alternating current magnetic field is applied above the solidus curve temperature, and the primary α-Al is dendritic when the alternating current magnetic is applied below the solidus curve temperature.
