中文摘要:针对直齿轮精锻成形工艺中存在的两个主要问题:齿形充填困难和成形载荷过大,基于积极摩擦作用基本思想,采用物理模拟和数值模拟相结合的方式,分别对实心坯料和空心坯料下直齿轮精锻成形过程进行了实验研究。结果表明,积极摩擦作用对实心坯料直齿轮精锻成形影响较大,与传统闭式模锻相比,不仅有利于降低直齿轮精锻成形的成形力,还能得到良好的充填效果;而对空心坯料直齿轮精锻成形影响较小,无论有无积极摩擦,齿轮充填效果均较好,成形力改变幅度仅为2.35%。
英文摘要:Based on the basic idea of positive friction, the precision forging processes of spur gear with solid billet and hollow billet were studied by physical simulation and numerical simulation aiming at the two questions, difficult cavity filling and high forming force in the precision forging of spur gear. The results show that the effects of positive friction on precision forging of spur gear with solid billet were comparatively larger, compared with the traditional closed forging, the positive friction may reduce the forming force of gear precision forging, and obtain good filling effect; in contrast, the effects of the positive friction on precision forging of spur gear with hollow billet were comparatively less, regardless of with or without positive friction, the filling effects of gear are good, the change of forming force is only 2.35%.
