中文摘要:热挤压工艺是生产高合金钢、特种钢管材和型材的重要方法。我国钢的热挤压工艺一直发展极为缓慢,近期建成的360 MN/150 MN垂直挤压机组使该技术实现了跨越式的发展。玻璃润滑工艺是钢的热挤压工艺的关键,然而我国这方面的资料却十分匮乏。总结了热挤压工艺对玻璃润滑剂的性能要求,玻璃润滑机理的相关理论分析和实验结果,并给出了玻璃润滑热挤压条件下的热流和摩擦边界条件,可作为理论分析和数值模拟研究的边界条件。
英文摘要:Hot extrusion is an important way to manufacture high-alloy steel, special steel pipes and sections. The 360 MN / 150 MN vertical extrusion equipments was recently put into use, which remarkably improved the technology which developed slowly in China. Glass lubrication technology plays a key role in steel hot extrusion, however, there are few references in China. The properties demands of steel hot extrusion on glass lubricant, the theoretical model and experimental results of glass lubrication process were summarized, finally, thermal and frictional boundary conditions were concluded which can be utilized in theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.
