中文摘要:基于热弹塑性有限元法,开发顺次耦合焊接残余应力计算程序,对Q345R钢焊接残余应力进行分析,讨论焊缝强度不匹配对残余应力的影响。结果表明,焊缝强度对残余应力影响较大。当焊缝屈服强度与母材相同时,焊缝纵向残余应力高达屈服强度。当焊缝屈服强度高于母材强度时,焊缝纵向残余应力高达屈服强度,热影响区纵向残余应力高于母材屈服强度。且随着焊缝强度增加,热影响区纵向残余应力增加。
英文摘要:A sequential coupling thermal-elasto-plastic finite element procedure was developed to calculate the residual stress in Q345R steel. The effect of strength mismatching on residual stress was discussed. The results show that the material mismatching has a great effect on residual stress distribution. When yield strength is equal to the base metal, the longitudinal residual stress is equal to the yield strength. When yield strength of weld metal is larger than that of base metal, the stress in weld metal reaches its yield strength, but the stress of HAZ is larger than that of base metal. With the increase of yield strength, the longitudinal residual stress of HAZ increases.
