中文摘要:以粉末化学镀法制备的Cr3C2-Ni复合粉末作为预置层,在Q235钢板表面用激光熔覆技术制备了减摩复合涂层。研究了Cr3C2-Ni涂层在干摩擦条件下的减摩性能,并对磨损形貌进行了SEM观察,对涂层的硬度进行了测试。结果表明,该涂层组织均匀致密、硬度较高;涂层的摩擦性能稳定,摩擦系数为0.44;硬质Cr3C2粒子与金属粘结相的配合能有效提高熔覆层的承载能力,减小摩擦损失。
英文摘要:Cr3C2-Ni composite powders were synthesized by powder electroless plating method and performed as precoated layer in laser cladding in order to obtain antifriction coatings on Q235 steel plate. Dry friction properties of the laser cladding coatings were investigated. The wear morphology and hardness of the coating was observed and tested, respectively. The results show that, the coatings have uniform and dense microstructure, and relatively high hardness as well. The laser cladding coatings perform stable friction state and friction coefficient is 0.44. The good properties benefit from the carbide and metallic binding phase.
