中文摘要:通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜的观察以及力学性能和耐磨性的测试,研究了热处理对低合金白口铸铁力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:热处理能提高低合金白口铸铁力学性能和耐磨性能,与变形共同作用,效果更明显。该铸铁经25%变形后再经960 ℃保温3 h正火处理后的冲击韧性和滑动磨损性能分别提高71.95% 和8.6%。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment on mechanical properties and wear resistance of low alloy white cast iron were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and material properties tester. The results show that heat treatment can improve mechanical properties and wear resistance of the cast iron, and in combination with deformation, the effects are more remarkable. After 25% deformation and normalizing at 980℃ for 2 hours, the impact toughness and wear resistance of the cast iron increase by 71.95% and 8.6%, respectively.
