中文摘要:为探讨造成钛/钢爆炸焊接复合板结合质量差、末端易出现不同程度开裂区域的原因,进行了钛/钢复合板的爆炸焊接试验,并对结合界面进行了光学金相分析(OM)、电镜扫描(SEM)及能谱线扫描(EDS)。结果表明,平行于结合界面的剪应力是结合界面的主要受力状态;复合板末端处平行于结合界面的剪应力过大、沿部分已焊接界面和Fe基体一侧撕裂,是造成复合板末端开裂的主要原因;优化装药工艺可减小结合界面脆性金属间化合物层的厚度、减缓末端的开裂程度,并显著提高焊接质量。
英文摘要:n order to study the reason why titanium/steel composite plates is low quality and the end of the plate has crack zone to some extent, the welding experiments of titanium/steel composite plates were carried out, and the interfacial zone was analyzed by ultrasonic flaw detection, optical metallographic examination (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) as well as energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS). The results show that shearing stress in parallel to the interface is the main mechanical state in the interfacial zone and excessive shearing stress in parallel to the interface tears through some of the welded interface is the main reason for the crack at the end of the composite plate. By means of optimizing dynamite-setting technique, the thickness of intermetallic compound reduces, the crack severity at the end of the composite plate alleviates and the welding quality greatly improves.
