中文摘要:研究了退火态ZL102铸造铝合金在300~460 ℃和挤压比为15时的热变形对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,退火后的铸态ZL102铝合金随着挤压温度的升高,硅颗粒先变小后变大,亚晶由小长大,强度先升高后降低,塑性变化不明显。在挤压温度为420 ℃时,材料强度最佳,抗拉强度达164 MPa,屈服强度达53 MPa,伸长率达21%。
英文摘要:The influences of temperature (300~460 ℃) and extrusion ratio (15) on microstructure and properties of the annealing state of ZL102 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that, with the extrusion temperature of as cast ZL102 aluminum alloy after annealing increasing, silicon particles in the alloy first become smaller and then become larger, subgrain grows up from small, the intensity first improves and then becomes lower, plasticity does't change significantly. When extrusion temperature is 420 ℃, the alloy could get superior intensity, tensile strength reaches 164 MPa, yield strength is up to 53 MPa and elongation rate is 21%.
